This could be journaling, doing some stretching exercises, or sipping your tea in complete silence. Routines are not restrictive but rather liberating as they save you from disorder.
  • Move Your Body:One of the major causes of mental distress can be alleviated by physical exercise. You don’t have to do an exhaustive exercise. Just half an hour of dancing, yoga, or a walk in the fresh air will be enough to release endorphins, lower anxiety, and brighten your mood almost immediately.
